World record long road closures

Have u guys notice road closure at Bencoolen Street that joins up with Bras Basah road is more than 5 years already? Nobody make any noise?? In that time u could prob build T4! Another long closure would be the one at the Singapore Expo that leads to Changi City. Really pity all the people that lives and work there!
