Slight delay in Pasir Ris-Tampines train service

SINGAPORE: Commuters travelling between Pasir Ris and Tampines MRT stations have been experiencing a slight delay in the train service since 5.30pm Sunday.
The delay of around 5 minutes is due to a trackside equipment fault that has not been resolved due to wet weather conditions, says train operator SMRT.
It adds that the hitch will be rectified once the weather clears.
Train service along the rest of the East-West Line is not affected.
