PrezXi, in his 3rd term as leader of China, whom sought for a peaceful rise of his country, should recall the Ambassador back & apologize to Civilized France for the STUPID statements his ambassador made, which is nothing more than a call to return back to jungles with the Rule of Might as its right to govern, even beyond territorial boundaries. Perhaps the ambassador should be sent to Sudan instead, where his ideal of barbaric rule would be more suited & acceptable to the rulers there.
