<!-- START OF : div id="storytext"--><!-- more than 4 paragraphs -->Lightning flashes over a block of HDB flats along Fajar Road in Bukit Panjang, heralding a thunderstorm yesterday.
But workers who were repainting Block 408 at Fajar Road continued with their chores, oblivious to the bolts of lightning flashing around them.
Singapore has one of the highest rates of lightning activity in the world and an average of 171 thunderstorm days a year. Members of the public are advised to remain indoors and avoid open areas such as fields and rooftops during a thunderstorm.

Why they care ! They only care about worker's levies !

And how much they going to pocket !
