Work Life Balance - Government play lip service only

All the talk about work-life balance, work from home...blah blah blah. But is the government implementing all these stuff in the stat boards, GIC companies...etc??? When I see some serious implementation in the SIAs, the ST Engineering...the stat boards...etc then I will take the gahment call seriously. Otherwise its just noise...just like NWC guidelines...waste of paper.
