Woman killed after Tesla on autopilot crashes into Texas home

A driver in a Tesla vehicle that was engaged in automated driver-assistance mode crashed into a house in Texas on June 19, killing a 76-year-old woman inside.

Police said the driver showed no signs of intoxication, and investigations are ongoing as to what caused the car to fail to control its speed.
