A woman was traumatised by a man's behaviour towards her outside the Little India MRT station on the afternoon of June 7.

Stomper N said it happened near exit E of the MRT station at about 4pm.

"I was approached by a migrant worker who attempted to touch or kiss my face as he purposely came extremely close to my face and then started laughing," recounted the Stomper.

"He and his friend started to laugh loudly when I looked very scared. I am still very traumatised by it as his reaction showed that he did this on purpose."

The Stomper called the police immediately.

"He was laughing until I got out my camera to take a picture of him. He started getting nervous and that was when he started to apologise," said the Stomper who shared photos of police officers speaking with the man.

"I just wish to warn females and anyone else about this guy as from my understanding is that he went back to the same back corner of the street to probably pull this sick stunt on another victim."

Stomp understands there is no ongoing police investigation.

What can the police charge this migrant worker with? Did he sexually assault that woman? Did he even lay a hand on her? Did he steal her handbag? Did he take an upskirt photo of her? Is it a crime to laugh at her? Perhaps she is a dinobu, so the police were satisfied that the migrant worker meant no real harm to her.
