Why need to ask for donations? The driver 3P insurance will pay out isn't it? So many Singaporeans die in road traffic accidents every day, week, month and year, yet no one bothers. No donation drive. Nothing.

I have nothing against the Pinay maids who died tragically, but my point is simple. Why do foreigners gets "better treatment" in a fatal traffic accident in Singapore than Singaporeans???
