A veteran police officer was fined S$3,000 in a district court on Wednesday (April 13) after leaving two full-time national servicemen (NSFs) "disgusted" by his actions.

Yick Wai Hong, who has served for 25 years and last held the rank of station inspector, had pushed the back of their heads towards his groin.
