It was rumored that during LHL's last cancer treatment in 1992, he realised how much medical benefit was given to civil servants and decided to make changes to it.
A new medical scheme was eventually introduced in 1994.
I hope he will revamp the medical benefits of all those poodles and makes it even lesser.
This will lessen the burden on taxpayers and make it less attractive for people to join civil service.
