Its the stress of repeating same speech in three languages. Totally unnecessary. Just a speech in malay should be sufficient. Those who cannot understand should leave the island.

Even he spoke in three languages, no-one could understand or bothered to remember, those there, would have received the transcript in 4 languages before the speech...99% of them are sleeping with their eyes opened....
