As Head of CPIB's Field Research and Technical Support, he was responsible for funds released to pay monthly operational and ad-hoc expenses, such as goods and services.

He was often issued cash cheques and applied for an Internet banking account allowing him to access funds meant for the FRTS between 2009 and 2012.

What a mockery.....
"Tharman directs Auditor-General to audit WP town council's accounts"

To pay informer for tips??? Saw that in many movies. Hahaha

When LKY went out of his way to push for hefty salary increase in the early 90's, he went to parliament to con everyone that that's the only way to prevent corruption.

Tun Mahathir had this to say: "That's is taking legally from the top of the table."
