Why there are so many charity peddlers at Funan?

Barely sit for 30 minutes, was approached 3 times by volunteers (ex convicts) showing their license and IC no. asking me to buy 2 angry bird key chains for $10, I remember I bought those sponge pressure balls before. My friend said they are very active in Funan.

Are they allow to do that? Anyone of us bother to look at the certs and such?

i usu dun bother buying...n walk off...

i am cheesed off by those charity thing...even certificate / permit can be faked.
