I realise that there are some forumers mid night still no sleep.
Not sure it is due to shift work,as you are working then Yiu can't sleep?
Or insomnia ? Always worried for something then can't sleep?

Well, worry so much also can't help anything.
My advice to bro and sis here, worry less, enjoy more.

More love, less hatre then your heart wil be more peace. Can easily fall sleep.

Ok, after this. I have to sleep Liao. Really too tired.

More interesting is boss sam. He is online 24X7 . Did not dare to ping him to check alive or not.

Boss does two shifts only, Sam in the evening shift whilst Samantha heads the morning.

Alamak..can't sleep after reading this thread.

Very few bros is on night shift. Only very limited type of jobs allow night workers to go online.

We can remove all possibilty og manual jobs eg production operators, supermarkets, night fillers, taxi drivers, and zoom down to only security guards and call centres workers.

That's means when I see Sam leong online on chat can be Samantha answering the chat for him ?

Retirees usually will do their morning walks and breakfast. Rather than staying online all the time. So if they are of gmt +8 I believe they are night workers.
