In a press release on Tuesday (Nov 29), HDB and URA said that motorists will need to use the new parking coupons on 1 DEC 2016.

Ya, car and petrol so expensive right? So parking fee hike is like peanuts.
But why so troublesome, cannot just let me use up my old coupons?

I feel that the staff cost and time-loss by drivers to complete the coupon exchange is a waste of resource.

Perhaps, will cause an additional 0.05%-0.1% drop in our 4Q16 GDP.

Tis coupon issue has been taken up donkey yrs ago, only fell on deaf ears. Wonder how many just rip away their outdated coupons when realised its has expired for usage, i did.
