I am surprised that PAP keep calling us to give them another 20 years during the National Conversation. I am even more surprised that during National Conversation we are told to accept the PAP and Govt views instead of them listening to us on the ground.
What is the definition of conversation? According to Wikipedia,
First we have almost all the participants in the Conversation PAP supporters, then we have PAP MP telling us that the National Conversation is actually to deliver to us in a more comprehensive way how policies are device and implemented.
Before that, they ask what we want for Singapore in 20 years time? But when the Conversation start, it is all about how they want us to accept that the actually want and not what we want in 20 yrs time.
I got to ask, we given out vote for you to make the necessary change for the next 5 yrs not for the next 20 yrs, please do not use the National Conversation on what do we want for Singapore in 20 yrs time to entice us to give you another 20 yrs.
Remember, we only give each and every political parties to prove themselves for 5 yrs and not 20 yrs, so PAP stop selling us the idea of 20 yrs, you are only given 5 yrs and make full use of it to prove to us.
Last but not least, if it a National Conversation, it should involve everyone, why are certain people or group being left out of the conversation.
God Bless.
