The nutrient content of the eggs are gone after going through sterilisation process. The best way to eat egg is to directly come out from the chicken. What a waste of energy and money to pack eggs this way.
 
only eateries and food stalls buy and use these type of shelf-life eggs for business lah ... normal people prefer to eat fresh eggs cracked from the shelve instead.
