Only these two?? I have seen about 90% of PAP politicians displayed the same gesture. They were trained by Mediacock, psychologist to behave in the same pattern to distract the audience and build a fake confidence of themselves. Heng Swee Kiat will be picking it up pretty soon, and his handshake with foreign leaders has been identical to that of Lee Hsien Loong. Creepy.
