i tell you a secret, every by election many oppositions are ready to volunteer and help out and keep a watch on pap from hanky pankying.
they will not try to do anything funny like bringing their own votes into the counting centers. which civil servants dare to stop them? they are the government.
unless they want to disturb the public, they will be kuai kuai and not do anything.
in full general elections, anything is possible for PAP, because oppositions will always have shortage of volunteers, and the PAP can cheat a bit lah!! who is watching?
this is how even though 40% of the population voted for opposition, they only have less than 6% of total seats available.
