Lousy garmen begets even a lousier candidate replacements.

It will only get worse and worser.

But why do they still want to hold on to power so dearly?

Do they want to make the people suffer even more?

Are they bunch of sick fcuks?

Or they are just fools?

Bro, don't want to rub salt into the wound, but let's face it, ALL governments suck! The guy in charge fucks you up, takes your money, so you elect someone else. Great, the new bloke does the same thing, and we get fucked by somebody else, that's all. For us working class blokes, we struggle and face reality everyday, and we plod on, maintain our health, raise our families, and hope the next generation has a better life, that's all we can do. Some of us may have the gift to contribute to the betterment of the community around us, if so, that is even better. Just do it. The recent GE in Singapore is a repetition of previous elections. Same old, same old. People have complained about the PAP since the 70s when I was in secondary school, and on election day, the PAP wins again. And again. Same story. I do not know how to explain this, but Singaporeans DO want the PAP as their rulers. I feel sorry for people like Dr. Chee Soon Juan, he will be much better off focusing on his own professional career, and spending free time with his family, the hell with fighting for democracy and human rights, they are already in Singapore. The citizens don't care for other things besides what they can already get.

Some people may feel the PAP is a lousy government, but the voters in Singapore are quite happy with this lousy government. It seems they are convinced the other parties are even lousier, that's how I interpret it.

Cheers!
