it's all about your healthy life styles
if you invest in your health when you are young
you will live long...and with good genes, you can live way beyond 100
and of course you have to avoid toxic people
always mix around with nice and good people
and have plenty of clean and wholesome sex
with beautiful women...and if you believe, stare at least 10 mins at the woman's breasts
be happy always...haha....good luck!!!
