Why China with so high incidence don’t go develop h pylori vaccine? Because human life is cheap? No funding? But even if they develop vaccine also no one dare to take so it’s pointless.
 
no vaccine for bacteria. to counter bacteria anti-biotics are used. bacterium not the same as virus.

Alamak just found a China biotech company did a phase 3 trial on h pylori vaccine back in 2004 and said vaccine got 71% efficacy and yet no vaccine launched after two decades. That’s China indeed. The company must have bankrupted or ran out of funds due to copycat stealing their IP.
