everytime, i pass commonwealth, i see the hardly use railway track. what's making it a further eyesore are the squatter huts piling alongside it.

why isn't the land occupied by MALAYSIAN RAILWAY TRACKS returned to us for better usuage? how come our gov is helpless in demanding for this rightfully singapore's land? what is this million$ gov procrastinating the matter?

imagine once these donkey-years occupied land areas is returned to us, how much better it could ve been developed. sgp is such a small country, how could gov continue let this matter drag on unresolved?

just look at all those areas that are occupied by this very low efficacy run malaysian rails. doesn't one find it's really a great wastage and disservice this redundant tracks is doing to the entire singapore?

what's the gov afraid of to claim it rightfully back? it reminds of CLOB SAGA where the gov let every sgp investors down by avoiding legal and reasonable confrontation with malaysia to fight for our rights of ownership in those shares.

if the opp parties are reading this, please help to demand paps to do something practical about those wasted lands occupied by M'sian rails and recover them so that sgporeans can benefit greatly.:(

some of these areas occupied sit on PRIME LAND. it begins at tg pagar where if a couple of 60 storeys flats build up would deflate the obscene price of THE PINNACLE. the flats would provide an even better scenic sea view.

then what about those track which passes area in QUEENSTOWN. then there is the middle-class bt timah and ending in woodland.

just imagine how much better land scare singapore could have utilise those occupied track areas more efficiently.

gms is busy chasing after the wrong issues to hoot paps. if he continues like that he would really be joining another circus of clowns.:p
