Why is coffeeshop so laggy and webpages don't load properly?

Why so slow these days? The webpages load up like half-fuck standards, with missing images.

Can someone ADVICE me? Hopefully the person can give me some ADVISE. Appreciate the ADVISE.

My home connection runs on Suckhub using a Firefox browser.

I have a SinkTel mobile broadband which i use iPhone's safari to browse.

That makes it 2 different types of browsers, 2 different ISPs.

Seems like either he is doing maintenance
or this site is being attack and the submit button at the bottom half never load and no one can make any post .

I suggest submit button be made at all four corners of the web page .
