Why entire staff of First Skool TP should be sacked, CEO censured for callousness

There is no point talking about this any more. The sickness of this society must be put right immediately. Every adult in the school must be sacked right away to put a message across that they cannot turn a blind eye to cruelty against children, helpless and vulnerable children. Not only parents must be made to feel safe when they left their children in schools or childcare centres, the children must be protected from being bullied and tortured behind the backs of their parents. How can parents be at ease to put their children in the care of others, supposedly trained and professionals?

The message that everyone in the school must be responsible for the well being of little children must get across. Not reporting abuses is as good as being accomplice to the vicious attack and guilty of the act.

Sacking the entire staff would not solve the problem, they are giving employment to a certain type ( politically correct) employment, in an otherwise world, where they will be normally shunned, mainly employed in the public sector & with the influx of FT, displaced. Reviewing how the so-called standards & training, in which they profess would be the first thing to do...& that will be forming a committee ( ha ha ha ha). The woman that abused the child is a PART TIMER..you can be sure that 99% of the staff there are part timers & part timers most likely they source them from an employment agency (ies) which are 'affiliated' to the school there or the main company. This is how they evade responsibility...yes!, their staffs are well trained with certification, the meet certain standards & so forth...but their part timers??

It is our moral responsibility to ensure that ourselves & our children future are adequately looked after by people who profess to be that good & done that much..whom did you vote for??

Sacking may not solve the problem but there must be a statement of intent that such behaviour will not be tolerated. Looking at the video, this teacher has gotten away in the past - she punished the boy in a corner where she thought the camera angle will not get her. ALL parents of the school should demand to view all tapes as far back as possible.

Did the CEO ever viewed previous recordings and noticed such incidents.

Anyone in the school who is aware of such abuses, chose to keep quiet do not deserve to be retained, including the CEO.

Of course not, it would be unfair to blame anybody for making just one mistake, if this is an opposition run kidergarten, accusation will be lobbed at every minute & that one mistake will be made to look like they had made them forever!

THAT would be too drastic - overnight, you will have parents screaming who is going to look after their kids while they are out there trying to make a decent living.
The more important thing is for a review of all videos of ALL the NTUC schools which installed them. There must be systemic clean up.

But, sigh. It won't happen - they will try to limit the damage with crap reasons (outsourced, teacher transferred, being counselled, repentant etc).

This incident will again, test the credibility of the gahmen - NEA bikes, $2 AIM, etc.
