Already, these dumb fucks are shit useless when they are parachuted in to run a GLC or a stat board. But what makes it worse is that the PAP can't even get the general area of expertise right when it comes to posting these guys.
For example, you have SMRT. You would expect PAP to post some scholar general with a lot of S4 Logistics experience in the Army to run SMRT. He will still not be qualified but at least he should know something about logistics. Instead, we have an Air Force Scholar Dessie Quack posted there and he brought his whole Air Force posse with him, hence making a bad situation that much worse.
Then take the case of NOL. You would expect the PAP to at least post some scholar admiral to it. If nothing else, at least the fuck knows his way around a vessel. But instead, they post Ng Yat Chung, who was an arty officer and Chief of Army. What the fuck? This idiot probably gets seasick walking on board a NOL tanker. He really is way over his head when it comes to running a shipping line.
Now look at LTA, a stat board in charge of land based transportation/roads/rail etc. Here, we find all the fucking retired scholar Rear Admirals that should have been over in NOL. CEO of LTA is Chew Men Leong, a former Rear Admiral. On the board of the LTA is another former scholar admiral Richard Lim.
