STOMPer Lynn saw this recycling bin at Block 80B Toa Payoh Lorong 4 and thought that it looked more like a rubbish dump.
She said:
"This recycling bin looks more like a giant rubbish chute.
"I had called the recycling company and they said they were only able to clear the items once a month.
"It was full of flies and roaches."
