The event was one of 28 projects selected for implementation under this year's Good Neighbours Project competition. In this Housing Board initiative, residents and students can apply for up to $1,000 to fund their activity.

The PAP has made the municipal affairs a mess. HDB has to step in when PAP town councils are failing, like in fostering good relations in estates. Such activities should be the funded by the town councils, not the HDB!

How are PAP town councils spending their huge transfers from the central government? The AG should audit ALL the PAP town councils ...hire the infamous KPMG partners that audited the WP TC to perform the same task. This time, a renowed foreign forensic auditor should supervise so as to prove to the public that the PAP government is above board in its dealings with PAP town councils.

nice initiative.... i would form a small $2 company that brings neighbors to the close encounter of the 4th kind.... all can join in swingers party. for ahpek who prefer ATB or VB beauties, they only need to pay a lil more of $500 each to get closer to neighbors from neighboring countries. but if they pay another $5000 more, I can even arrange for them neighbors in the balkans and the siokans.

aunties only need to pay 50% during ladies nite. ladies under 25 yrs old is free. if under 18, i pay her $50 hush money.
