Whose fault? Lady or SUV?

This building look like the industrial building in one north.
Next to it the timbre+

This one I see it as both having fault at a different %
Driver 60%
Victim - 40%

How I came out with this judgement?

At first I supposed to give it 50-50 fault.
But later I move the 10% back to the driver, for not taking into account a vehicle vs a human strength, and for being inpatience.

1. The driver already knew the victim was there.
The victim also knew the car was there.
Advantage given to car first becos it is a road. I.e road is for car to use. Walkers have secondary priority unless it is a pedestrian crossing.

2. The victim knew about point 1, so she leetreated her forward moves.
But she moved slowly and worst sideways and not backwards.

Hence 50-50 fault, and later 10% back to the driver for as mentioned earlier -
not taking into account a vehicle vs a human strength, and for being inpatience.

Driver and pedestrian were destined to meet and they deserve each other.
