whoa my SP bill rocketed sky high

I thought electricity rise by 25%, how come my bill almost doubled

I usually pay $110, now I see the electricty and water bill $208, what is this?

Think must really think of ways to save electricity and water

For a start, maybe aircon don't use so much

Also, instead of shitting into the toilet bowl and waste water flushing, I will shit on newspaper and throw down rubbish chute
