The PAP decided that since they could not nail the WP town council with the AG report, they decided to use the court to usurp power.
Since the MPs in the town council can be override by the two PWC partners, the WP MPs have essentially lost operational control of the town councils.
Every expenditure above $20k have to be approved by the two PAPpies from PWC.
If the PAP has a case against the WP town council, then it should charge them. Otherwise, it should respect the constitution and let the MPs manage the constituency with NO interference.
