Dear Oppo leaders,
I believe many people want to know who pay for the upgrading of CCs .
These projects can be huge and cost a lot of money!
If this kind of project is paid by public money, then CCs are public entity right !
If they are paid by PAP, then the CCs belong to PAP right !
Look at Hougang and Potong Pasir, the CCs are under PAP while the constituencies are Oppo wards !
Question is , if PAP pays for the CC upgrading, then the owners are PAP ?
But if the upgrading is paid by Public money, then CCs at Hougang and Potong pasir should be under the public right ! how come PAP is still holding on to it ?
Oppo leaders please ask this question for reference to keep so voters know what is happening !
Ask also why if CCs are public places, howcome only PAP MPs are allowed to use CCs for poitical purposes and Oppo parties cannot !
