The char bor might have got worried when they took her IC and licence and filmed them, which angered the mata... thus the ensuing argument... and her writing something on the summon book... which angered them further and threatened her by insisting she had to follow them to the police station otherwise won't return the 2 IDs. In the end her persistence won... the lazy Mats won't waste time on a non-lucrative deal... in the end decided let's give up and go drink kopi better. Char bor's knowledge of the law handed her the victory - she's right, they have no right to hold her IDs.
