The mighty rushed, amateurish and mistake-filled PAP white paper did not take into account Singapore's visitor arrivals.

Visitors also place demand on our infrastructure and should be catered for.

In fact, to achieve an outstanding service level to visitors, the infrastructure capacity requirements for visitors should be even greater.

Singapore received 13.5 to 14.5 million visitors for 2012. How much of that is currently underserved by current infrastructure is unknown, but if taking the current dismal and over-capacity state, it could already be 20-30% under-catered for.

Add to the expected increase in visitor arrival numbers annually to 2030 and perhaps a "premium visitor experience" factor of x 1.5. Even then, they should also calculate infrastructure needs according to the highest visitor peak month so that infrastructure will never be overwhelmed by monthly fluctuations.

Are these catered for?

There is no mention of this by any of our world's highest paid and supposedly talented ministers, scholars and MPs who sprouts longer credentials to their names than there is space on their name cards.
