Which ISP broadband is better in terms of technicalities N svc?

Singnet Broadband, Pacnet or starhub broadband?

Firstly, which one has a better customer service?

Secondly which one has less technical glitches such as slow speed...etcetera...

Have been using Singnet all this while with no problems, but them again its getting so competitive out there now that I think one will go for the SP that provides the best customer requirements at the lowest cost

It would appear that all the advise, advice stuff I have been harping over the years has come to nothing. :(

All the ISPs are the same. All the front offices lead to the same back office so what's the difference???

ADSL has connection drop problem. Cable is much better.
