yes, they is have - but they don't need to provide arm-bu-lans for cover and concealment
Its the Police. Its pure VIP protection unit - focus on physical, martial arts, observation etc. Not like US Secret Service where they investigate, do intelligence etc. Old Man very careful that no one with a brain is in it. So no one with background in Intelligence or even aspiration for higher things. Those looking for promotion usually ask for transfer so it is a self automated system that whose are left behind are focussed on old man and his family.
