This van mounted the curb and nearly hit the yellow Honda on the other side at a Choa Chu Kang carpark this afternoon (Feb 15).
When the Honda owner came to drive his car away, the woman driver apologised and explained that her brakes 'didn't work'.

According to STOMPer Z:

"The Honda belongs to my neighbour, and when I saw what happened I informed him.

"He rushed down immediately with his camera.

"As he was moving his car off, the woman driver of the van said, 'Sorry my brakes didn't work.'"
