If it is blocked try configuring google DNS on your computer 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4

If that doesn't work use VPN and choose a server that is not geo blocked.

Your Hola didn't work. So I used Proxmate. It worked like a charm, but only for a 3-day trial.

If you pay for your VPN you'll get the option of choosing the location of your server. Free VPN has limited options.

Let me know whether Google DNS works.
