Bloomberg's Adam Johnson reveals the most and least expensive gas prices worldwide. Gas prices are from April 2 to April 11.
Data weren't available for some countries and the ranking excludes countries where per capita income is less than $4 a day.
Premium gas prices are used to achieve equivalent octane comparisons.
