I see so many Muslims in overseas and they do not need halal signs.
However when they are in Malaysia and Singapore, they insist on halal signs

Any reasons bro ?

Based on my observations during a few tours in Europe and North America, Muslims in the group didn't give a damn about eating non-halal meals (as long as there was no pork) with the rest of us. They knew that the "morality police" were nowhere to be seen.

I see many Muslims from Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea and Japan. They do not need to see halal signs before entering into the restaurants

The Muslims in my tour group from S'pore ate without a care in the world when we were in Chinese restaurants during our tours to France, Italy, Germany and Switzerland in 2016 and 2017.

In Malaysia, Christians and Catholics (especially Eurasians and indigenous people) have to place their IC on the table while dining out during the Fasting Month, or risk being slapped or harassed by "holier-than-thou" Muslims out and about.
