That's because they collected billions from tariffs. Paid for by US consumers and importers. But the yanks just have a budget surplus...contrast tat with Biden term..where there never was a surplus..
No I am not. I am simply a realist, I call a spade a spade.So u are a TDS sufferer too
Tax cut as spelled out in his "one big beautiful bill"? That one has quite a few problems like increasing US national debt by a few trillion dollars, cutting healthcare, not benefiting low income earners, etc.
Exporters eating tariffs may well happen, if their focus is on market share and hopefully make up for lost profits through volume.
ACS will never get it.There is no deal with any country. No signed agreement or official notification. Trump is playing hoker poker with tariffs escalating de-escalating causing turmoil.
China has the Trump card in rare earths so US need china more than China need US.
The biggest spending cuts target Medicaid and food stamps—programs that serve the poorest Americans. The CBO estimates these changes will cause 11.8 million people to lose their health insurance by 2034.Cutting health care for those who are cheating the system and those who actually don't qualify in the first place eg illegal aliens.
Don't believe everything you hear especially if it's from the dying mainstream media.

What Changes | Impact | People Affected |
---|---|---|
Work requirements | Must work 80 hours/month to keep coverage | 4.8 million lose coverage |
Stricter state financing rules | States can’t use provider taxes to fund Medicaid | $340 billion in cuts |
More frequent eligibility checks | Coverage reviewed every 6 months instead of yearly | Part of 7.8 million total loss |
Higher copayments | Up to $35 per doctor visit for some patients | Creates barriers to care |
Yes, people gaming the system and illegals getting undeserved healthcare are valid concerns. The unfortunate thing is people who genuinely need it, might not get it because they could not afford it.Sounds about right to me. It's to prevent people from ripping off the system.
Besides who ever came up with this philosophy that healthcare is RIGHT in the first place. People seem to think that it's the government's job to keep you alive for as long as possible which was never the case since the dawn of time till about 60 years ago when all this "welfare" crap came about.
When my arteries are all clogged up or I'm dying of cancer it's God's way of saying that your time has come to meet your maker. Governments shouldn't be expected to be involved in such personal matters.
The Medicaid Overhaul: $1 Trillion in Cuts
The law makes the most dramatic changes to Medicaid since the program started in the 1960s. The cuts are so deep that they amount to more than $1 trillion over ten years—the largest reduction in the program’s history.

Huh? Work 80 hours a month? That is like 20 hrs a week...so with unemployment rate declining...working 20 hrs a week so hard/meh? N if illegals don't get free health care...wats the problem?Sounds about right to me. It's to prevent people from ripping off the system.

So American citizens and legal residents can't get healthcare ?Yes, people gaming the system and illegals getting undeserved healthcare are valid concerns. The unfortunate thing is people who genuinely need it, might not get it because they could not afford it.
Not everyone is ready to go when their time comes around. It baffles me that people are so attached to this life. I am ready to go anytime!![]()
there’s a segment of very elderly and bunch of losers who have to rely on medicaid to get healthcare. medicaid is subsidized gov medicine administered at state and county levels. they get fed funding to stay afloat and they don’t make money as patients are all poor. majority of elderly are on medicare which is well funded by taxpayers and contributors who put a lot of tax dollars and social security contributions in their younger days when they work. medicaid takes care of the minority segment who hardly pays their fair share of tax, plus illegals who freeload on pubic healthcare. the two are different. in californicate, there’s a 3rd pubic option: medi-cal which supplements medicaid to help the poor and illegals or those who do not pay tax nor contribute to social security. for those not living in amerika they are often confused between the two.So American citizens and legal residents can't get healthcare ?
3% growth and inflation in check from sexpectation of a recession due to tariffs. economy chugging along, job report is good, stock market is doing well as nasdaq surges past 23,699. that sums it up.
So if all welfare is removed from illegals..and yanks can receive more n better targeted aid..the budget will be in the black...n of course get rid of newscum n the left in Californiathere’s a segment of very elderly and bunch of losers who have to rely on medicaid to get healthcare. medicaid is subsidized gov medicine administered at state and county levels. they get fed funding to stay afloat and they don’t make money as patients are all poor. majority of elderly are on medicare which is well funded by taxpayers and contributors who put a lot of tax dollars and social security contributions in their younger days when they work. medicaid takes care of the minority segment who hardly pays their fair share of tax, plus illegals who freeload on pubic healthcare. the two are different. in californicate, there’s a 3rd pubic option: medi-cal which supplements medicaid to help the poor and illegals or those who do not pay tax nor contribute to social security. for those not living in amerika they are often confused between the two.
those who contribute little or nothing to the tax base are the loudest and most entitled when it cums to losing welfare. and they clog up and burden the pubic healthcare system by unnecessary visits everyday. there’s even a gov subsidized van service to transport them from home to hospital, and back. the sooner they die or get deported the better. So if all welfare is removed from illegals..and yanks can receive more n better targeted aid..the budget will be in the black...n of course get rid of newscum n the left in California
