When did GNC become LAC?

Was passing by a GNC store in Toa Payoh earlier and noticed that the GNC supplements store has changed it's name to LAC. What happened?

GNC filed for bankruptcy in US some two years ago. ONI Global Pte Ltd was the sole franchisee for GNC in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Taiwan. They carried on using the GNC name.

It looks like ONI must have collapsed too or have given up the franchise.
