there are so much noises. even the leeporter from shit times wrote against killing poor little noti doggie.
but when a human being dies in prison or in army, there was just hush-hush.
goodness! doggie has better respect than a human,,,, only here in unique singapore :*:

Really good article by Andy Ho on The Straits Times today. "Stopping vets from immediately euthanising pets given up by owners, or abandoned animals, and mandating a seven-day period where they can be adopted, is one way of challenging the owner's presumed right to kill his companion animal. If this move slowly changes the way people relate to pets, and helps pet owners become more responsible, then one good thing would have come out of Tammy's sacrifice".
Now I sincerely hope that AVA will consider this and make some policy changes.
