Reason is that some Singaporean blue-collar workers here cannot find mates .

So they bring in those uncough PRCs who talk loudly.

"Zeitgeist" started a thread some time back, it was something like "Please lah, One Chinese baby, 4 Malay babies, and you are still asking Why?"
