This car, which can only fit one person and has three wheels, was spotted in Jalan Eunos by STOMPer tango57, who was amused to see it on the road.

Although it doesn't look like a car, it has a license plate just like all other cars.

Tango57 says:

"I love this vehicle.

"This is a car.

"For those who don't believe, take a look at the registration plate".

Mr Bean's car is a normal car with 4 wheels.
But if he couldn't find a parking space, he would use his car to "gently" knock another car away from its space and park in that space, as if nothing happened.

This car exploited the cheap COE then .

It still take up one car space, slower than any other cars and
attract unwanted attention from other road users who slow down to take a look .

If I amnot mistaken this 3 wheeler is the product of "SEYWAY"
