In Tripoli, Middle East/Central Asian analyst Mahdi Nazemroaya and other foreign journalists told Progressive Radio News Hour listeners that NATO bombing united Libyans behind Gaddafi to save their country.

Instead, American and Western media falsify reports, claiming:

-- non-existent rebel gains;

-- Tripoli may fall;

-- the country may collapse;

-- Gaddafi has little support when, in fact, mass rallies turn out in Tripoli and elsewhere for him;

-- few civilians have been killed or injured when, in fact, around 1,200 or more have been killed, many thousands more injured;

-- NATO only attacks military targets when, in fact, civilian ones are deliberately struck; and

-- Tripoli is a ghost town, when, in fact, life goes on relatively normally in spite of daily bombings.

Libya do not follow the rules of engagement set by USA.

They are trying to get Libya's vast reserves of OIL & GAS... but because Gadaffi as them to fly kite, and fuck off... USA uses Propaganda to lie to the masses, even today, with Internet, people can so easily be fooled into believing the media.

beware, most western media are also owned by the Bilderburger Group!

That's what I thought.

It can't take so long to topple a ruler if s/he doesn't have home support.

Cheers!

while Gaddafi is corrupted................better he than the zionists....................

i hope he holds on to power................

Libya Is Not A Revolution ?

Libya is not a revolution, like Egypt

What Gadaffi is facing in Libya is not a revolutionary situation as one had seen in Egypt with mass participation by the youth and other sections of the population, but a civil war like situation with members of rival tribes taking a leading part in the fighting on both sides.

Despite reports to the contrary, the involvement of youth in the fight against Gadaffi is not as widespread as it was in Egypt against Hosni Mubarak.

The fight against Mubarak was led by innovative and enterprising youth who had nothing to do with his regime in the past, but the fight against Gadaffi is being led by a small group of ex-politicians, ex-bureaucrats, tribal leaders, lawyers and others, who had collaborated with Gaddafi's oppressive regime, but had fallen out with him only recently.

They do not command the same respect with the general population as the young leaders of Egypt did.

Re: Libya Is Not A Revolution ?

the so-called rebel leaders are simply zionist puppets...............

the West is carrying on helping them becoz they loan them over a billion dollars already................if rebels lose, they don't get money back..............

if rebels win, then the oil will be controlled by Western oil companies...............

just like in Iraq lor...................Afghanistan has huuuuuge oil reserves too...............plus the CIA now control their opium production................

the CIA can't control Burma's opium, that's why USA also condemn the Burmese...............
