What will happen to EV car batteries after 10 years in Singapore? Do you have to pay disposal fees when you scrap your EV at the end of the COE?

Those old car EV can be reconfigured to be used as battery storage for the grid and exported to jiu hu to stabilise their electrical grid which is very volatile due to increase use of solar.
