If you have accident with Malaysian vehicle in Singapore, both parties will have to file police report.............that's just a formality. Even if they are in the wrong, you cannot do anything to them.

but but but but but, they can ignore the insurance for many years, and you got to fork out money for all repairs first.
Basically, nothing much will happen to them.
