Today's opposition becomes the next government. The next opposition will be the PAP. I reckon giving them 30 seats will be sufficient for them to make enough noise to keep the government on their toes.
It will take a least a decade to clean up the mess created by the PAP.

Take the total number of parliamentary seats, divide up two, and round UP to the nearest integer.

That's the ideal number of non-PAP MPs we should have.
