What is the range of typical pay raise? I was shocked of hearing friends who got pay raises of 2 digits (less than $100).

I suppose the better question is, what is the typical percentage range for pay raise?

Most Sinkie peasants who worked as silver serpents in the middle to lower grade have around that range $100 to $200 ( and that is if they are graded good and above) and even if their bonuses are added in, it still could not offset the inflation.

If they are graded acceptable they are getting less than $100.

Should be thereabout for almost all silver serpents.

I had already told these losers I know but with their stucked mindset( or it could be that they are so balless that they could not fathom to do anything about it) they accept this!

I have not received a pay rise since 1990.

No pay jump, but got promotion? Lol

Sounds like cheap thrill!

If lucky to still keep job, can this be considered a pay rise every month of the amount collected every month?

The funny thing is that he was okay with it and said that his friend got pay cut after promoted! No wonder these serpents are stupid.

Promotion but no pay jump is regrettable but not a total disaster. It's how you can make use of this.

Being promoted looks good on paper. You can update your resume and use it as 'proof' that you did well in current company to earn promotion. But if you earn a promotion as a poodle, then it's pretty much useless.

For Fuck?

Does it pay the bills?

The bills that keep getting BIGGER?

The bills which keep getting more amd more?

The bills that is the Mother of All Bills?

I know, the MIWS would pass Bills but the peasants got to pay for it!:D

Dun the policy then encourages people to move out from the current job? Kinda contradict the reason for promoting someone isn't it?

As long as your pay increment is less than the inflation rate... you are fucked.

They 'encourage the Sinkie to move out' from the job so that..
